Since February 2017, we took the first initiative to gather people across UCPH to see if there was a joint interest in creating a UCPH Makerspace. In March, in total 68 people have expressed their interests, and 33 participated in the start-up meeting at Southern Campus March 13th 2017. The 68 people, who have expressed interests are situated in different faculties: 57 people (28 from SCIENCE/17 from HUM/9 from SUND/2 from JUR); and within UCPH-cross institutional institutions: 12 people (9 from Innovation HUBs, 2 from Royal Library , 1 student organization – Studenterhuset). In total 19 faculty researchers (6 Professor, 11 Associate Professors, 2 Assistant Professors), 15 Research students (5 Post.doc, 10 PhD stud), as well as 18 Bachelor/Master students.
